A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is a percentage of your service total (shown at checkout) and will be applied toward your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable except where stated in our refunds policy below.

YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 3 TIMES AFTER YOUR INITIAL BOOKING. PLEASE GIVE AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE WHEN REQUESTING A NEW TIME. IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO STAFF ILLNESS OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE THAT WORKS FOR YOU.
PLEASE LET US KNOW AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT OR CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SLOT, WE MAY CHARGE THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, A LATE FEE OF £15 MAY APPLY. IF YOU ARE SIGNIFICANTLY LATE, WE MAY NEED TO SHORTEN OR CANCEL YOUR SERVICE TO STAY ON SCHEDULE — PLEASE CALL AHEAD IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE.
DEPOSITS ARE GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE. IN CASES WHERE WE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT FROM OUR SIDE, OR WHERE A GENUINE EXCEPTION APPLIES, WE WILL OFFER A REFUND OR RE-BOOKING AT OUR DISCRETION.
Do I need to prep before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, detangled, blowdried hair unless your service notes say otherwise. Avoid heavy oils on the day of your appointment for the best colour and styling results.

Is parking available?
Street or paid parking may be available nearby — please check local signage and restrictions before you travel. If you need specific directions, message us before your appointment.
